For several years I have been involved as general counsel for both profit corporations and not for profit corporations. My experience covers a wide spectrum of both domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including sale and leaseback transactions, secured and unsecured credit facilities, commercial and asset-based lending, intercreditor agreements, and other structured finance products.

I understand that Estate Trustees face extraordinary challenges following the death of a loved one. I can assist through all stages including the court process, legal filings, dealing with financial institutions, and transferring assets to beneficiaries.

While new to the Bruce County area, I bring with me a history of being active in my community and I look forward to this tradition continuing here in Southampton and the surrounding areas.
