For several years, I have served as general counsel to both for-profit and not-for-profit corporations. My experience spans a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including sale-leaseback arrangements, secured and unsecured credit facilities, commercial and asset-based lending, intercreditor agreements, and other structured finance products. I bring a practical, business-focused perspective to every transaction, ensuring that legal strategy aligns with broader organizational objectives.

I also understand that Estate Trustees face extraordinary challenges following the death of a loved one. The responsibilities can feel overwhelming during an already difficult time. I provide guidance at every stage of the estate administration process — from court applications and required legal filings, to working with financial institutions and facilitating the transfer of assets to beneficiaries. My goal is to offer clarity, efficiency, and reassurance throughout the process.
